Off the Bone Quarters Ham Sandwich

2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted (optional)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
3 slices John Morrell Off the Bone Qtr Ham, cut half
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup mixed salad greens
2 slices tomato


Spread mayonnaise on one slice of whole wheat bread then spread mustard
on the other. Pile on the salad greens. Add one layer of ham slices, top with
tomato slices and add one more layer of ham. Finish with bean sprouts and
place the remaining slice of bread on top.
