Maple Bacon Walnut Cookies

3 strips John Morrell Maple Bacon
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. walnuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon as directed. Crumble. Whisk dry ingredients: flour baking soda and salt. In another bowl, mix cream, butter and sugars. Add egg. Add dry ingredients. Stir in walnuts and bacon. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop approximately 1 tbsp. worth of dough about 2 inches apart until all dough has been used. Bake 10-12 min. or until golden brown.
