Ingredients

2 c. (15.5 oz) diced tomatoes
2 c. (15.5 oz) Great North Beans (Seasonal)
5 Bay leaves
1 lb. John MorrellĀ® Loop Smoked Sausage

Preparation

Add diced tomatoes, Great North Beans and bay leaves in a large stock pot or cassoulet. Add John MorrellĀ® Loop Smoked Sausage. Heat on top of stove over low heat for one hour (heat longer for a more savory flavor). Remove sausage, cut and serve with beans and broth.
