Ingredients

1 lb. John Morrell® Loop Smoked Sausage
2 Yellow Peppers
2 Green Peppers
10-12 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Purple Onion
Black Olives
Green Olives
Skewers

Preparation

Slice yellow, red and green peppers into wedges. Cut dinner sausage into ¼” wedges. Alternate peppers, olives, tomatoes, onions and sausage on the skewer. Grill kabobs 10-15 min., or until sausage is done, turning frequently.

4-6 Skewers
