Ingredients

1 lb. John Morrell® Loop Smoked Sausage
1 16 oz. Can of Sauerkraut

Preparation

Cut John Morrell® Loop Smoked Sausage into 3-4” lengths. In a skillet, add butter and brown the sausage over moderately high heat. Cook sauerkraut according to directions. Once sauerkraut is cooked, drain and add browned dinner sausage on top. Pair with mashed potatoes or your favorite side dish.
