Smoked Sausage Kabobs

1 LB John Morrell Skinless Smoked Sausage (cut into 1" pieces)
8 Cherry Tomatoes
8 Mushrooms
1 Medium Red Onion (cut into 1" pieces)
1 Red Pepper (cut into 1" pieces)
1 Squash (cut into 1" pieces)
1 Zucchini (cut into 1" pieces)
Baste with your favorite gluten-free grilling sauce.
Cook on medium-high on your outdoor grill until sausage heated completely thru (approximately 4-5 minutes per side checking often)


Cut the John Morrell Loop Smoked Sausage and vegetables into bite size pieces. Place the sausage and any preferred veggies onto the bamboo skewers. Baste the veggies with Balsamic Vinaigrette and grill the kabobs for about 10-15 min. rotating until the meat and veggies are cooked through.
