Sicilian Smoked Sausage

1 lb. John Morrell Loop Smoked Sausage, cut into 1-1/2" chunks
1 can Mixed Vegetables, with liquid (16 oz.)
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Basil 1 small Onion, diced
1/4 c. Red wine
1/4 c. Grated Italian cheese
1 can Tomatoes, diced (16 oz.)
1 can Tomato Paste


Sauté John Morrell Loop Smoked Sausage in olive oil until meat is no longer pink. Add onions and garlic and sauté until onions are soft. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, vegetables and seasonings; simmer 15 min. with sausage mixture. Add red wine to tomato-sausage mixture and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 350°F for 20 min.
