Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes & Cream

2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Lbs. John Morrell Skinless Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1-1/2 c. Whipping cream
1/2 tsp. Salt
12 oz. Bow tie pasta
3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Freshly grated Parmesan
1 can Italian plum tomatoes, Drained, coarsely chopped
1 cup Cheese, for topping


Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add John Morrell Skinless Smoked Sausage and pepper flakes and cook around 7 min. Cook until sausage is no longer pink, stirring frequently, about 7 min. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until onion is tender and sausage is light brown, stirring occasionally, about 7 min. Add tomatoes, cream and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens slightly, about 4 min. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain.
