Ingredients

1 c. Dry white wine
2 tbsp. Honey
2 lb. John Morrell Loop Smoked Sausage
1 tbsp. Creole mustard

Preparation

Slice smoked sausage 1/4 to 1/2 in. thick. Mix all liquid ingredients and pour over sausage in a covered skillet. Cook over low heat until sausage is tender.
