Cumberland Gap Provision is seeking a Quality Control Manager for its ham and sausage production facility. The successful candidate will be able to:

• Program and plan work systematically, organize various jobs under your supervision, assign and delegate specific duties, authority and responsibilities.

Mechanical Engineers have the opportunity to design and develop new machinery as well as updating current equipment used in our meat processing operations. After experience is gained, engineers are assigned to individual projects or work with a team of mechanical engineers to design machinery and recommend equipment modifications.

Electrical Engineers are responsible for supervising the technical aspect of general power distribution. Assignments include preparing specifications for power systems, solving problems with electrical equipment, surveying power and electrical needs required for larger energy units and devising electrical maintenance programs. Graduate engineers work as a member of the local electrical staff and projects assigned will increase in scope and complexity as greater overall knowledge is attained.

Plant Engineers oversee the physical plant, including the repair, maintenance, modification and installation of equipment. An important part of their function is working with manufacturing supervisors to remedy problems in processing, packaging and machinery.

Description:

Brief Outline of Major Duties:
